Great video. Caruso is gonna be amazing off the bench for this team in a multitude of ways. Only thing I disagree with though is you calling him the best passer. Lonzo is the best passer on this Bulls team bar none.
Lonzo is great at immediately passing to the man who is open in that moment, lowest turnover to assist ratio, and most passes per dribble in the league. Caruso is great about making the pass and move that will open up the assist to someone else. Seeing the floor 2-3 plays in advance. Zo and Caruso together with Derozan and lavine will be the most potent offence in the NBA
I think of the Chicago teams, Bulls promise to be the most exciting, going into the season. You heard it here, from Coach Nick: Bulls will be competing for the Top 3 or 4 in the East!
nice job, would have been nice to see a couple more of caruso's great defensive plays, he had two back to back plays in their last preseason game alone, against the grizzlies, swatting an alley oop pass (they credited him for a steal instead of a block which it was) and then on the inbound play grizzly player going for layup, but caruso tied him up immediately then won the tip for the bulls
Coach, I’d love to see you do a video on the way the Bulls are rocking two-point shots in their offense. It seems like the mid-range has fallen out of fashion, but I just watched DeMar DeRozan drop 38 on the Lakers with zero 3PA, and Vooch is big on the pick-and-pop for two. Is this something you think plays a key enough part in their offense to warrant a breakdown?
Thats right coach, this year will get interesting for the Bulls. Caruso, Ball both great picks for ball movement, Devonte doing what Rodman did and cleaning up the rims, and Zac and Demar just putting in 25+ ppg each. 😀😀 Vuc will be solid too when he's feeling the overall offence so not worried abt him. !
Their frontline depth is my biggest issue, once Vucevic gets in foul trouble or matched vs elite bigs they'll be in a bit of trouble. They're gonna fun to watch.

Great video and nice that you highlight hustle guys like Caruso and Green. Expecting the Bulls to contend for homecourt advantage is a very high bar. It means they will finish above teams like Philly, Miami, Atlanta and Boston. That would give Donovan coach of the year. I would already be impressed if they finish above the play-in tournament.
I think that the non-switching defense of the bulls will have to work for now. Switching is actually a bit harder when you think of for a team to pull off in their first year together and who has yet to build a good chemistry. (so many of their new players are on average or below average in defense). Additionally, every switch heavy defense has at least 1-2 great defenders (centers&forwards) to command the whole defense system which in the case of this bulls team wont be enough (looking at you Vucecic). As already stated, since not one of the bulls players will have to over exert or over spend their energy on offense, the non switching will be doable even for the long run of the season. For their first year together, better for them to play to their strength (offense) first and gradually fix the defense. They cant have it all in one go. 😁
