My family is Irish, and I prefer black pudding to white pudding. It is better than it sounds, but not like a traditional American breakfast sausage. Give it a try (maybe on St. Paddy's Day). 🙂

As Brits I think you'd love black pudding. It's really tasty! And the pronunciation is pass tee (pasty) just to clear it up for you.
