I was extremely physically fit in my youth and as a young adult. However, an injury changed that. I still feel slim and trim and always go out well-groomed with nice clean clothes on. I am told that I have a beautiful smile. Because of having been extremely fit and not damaging my body by partaking in alcohol and drugs, I am enjoying great health going into retirement. Caveat: After 60, your body will start breaking down no matter what your fitness level is. It's much slower for someone who had enjoyed being fit for a long period of time. I did win the Best Smile Award as a high school senior.
