Hi Aaron, that cannot be done, but you can ask your provider about sharing the same connection with a 2nd phone, this will achieve the same outcome. Otherwise a wireless headset works with the handset which will give you freedom from the desk. Hope this helps.
Hi Tiffanie, Both the Wi-Fi Dongle and Bluetooth Adaptor connect to the USB Port on the back of the phone. You can source these online or from us at support@vandercom.co.uk. Yealink WF40 or Yealink BT40. If you wanted to use both at the same time, you could get a USB hub, but that's not something we've tested. Hope this helps you.
If you assign lines 1-6 as buttons and set them to a call group, cany anyone in that group press the button to pick up the line? Can other people not inside the group answer the call either by a star code or by pressing the button?
Hi Breandan, Thank you for your message. The line keys can be set as Busy Lights giving an indication that someone is on the phone. When the Busy Light flashes red the button can be pressed to pick up that incoming call. When the line is solid red the button can be pressed to "barge in" on the call.

You may be able to 'Barge in' to that call and listen in, depending on the configuration, which you can set on the portal you have or by contacting your administrator. You will be able to see the caller ID on the admin portal in the call reports, but Service provider portals and access may differ. Hope this helps you.

If the mailbox is full (100 call max). How do you access/view the calls to remove them from the mailbox to free up space?
