How the hell Turles and Tao Pai Pai in the top ?? Turtles just Appear in one movie and not That Strong and Dangerous to Anyone and Tao Pai Pai Lol . Whole Dragon Ball universe was afraid of Frieza and majin bu and they are under top 8 Seriously?? And Cell Was A Serious threat to Universe too if Gohan Failed to Stop him .
