A sticky rice cake with a chocolatey twist! Suman Moron is a Visayan delicacy that uses glutinous rice flour cooked in coconut milk mixed with cocoa powder. This one is made special by adding chopped peanuts.

Vanilla Mixture
▢1 cup rice flour
▢1 cup glutinous rice flour
▢1/2 cup white sugar
▢1 teaspoon vanilla extract
▢1 can coconut milk - -400ml
Chocolate Mixture
▢1 cup rice flour
▢1 cup glutinous rice flour
▢1/4 cup cocoa powder
▢1 cup brown sugar
▢1 teaspoon vanilla extract
▢1 can coconut milk - -400ml
▢1 cup chopped roasted peanuts - optional
