This is our little pug Loca. We love her to bits but she does make us laugh :-) Be sure and watch to the end as it's the moral of the story that counts :-).She can have a whole roast chicken to herself if she gets a thousand hits..
By the way a lot of folk ask what the music is and it's actually old traditional Irish. You may however know it from Val Doonicans 'Delaneys Donkey' from back in the 60's

Just so everyone understands, Loca suffers from a mild brain disorder. It is operable but risky and as the vet says she is unaware anything is wrong with her and will live a long and healthy life, we decided not to risk losing her.
She is loved by all, spoilt rotten and closely protected by the other dogs and lives her life to the full despite her difficulty running. All that said she is very funny to watch so we thought we should share with others and hope she brings as much joy to you as she does to us.

Yes, after a rough 2 years of not talking to my friends and avoiding people in general for various reasons, I finally went to a gathering to catch up with them. We eventually talked about this song: how we used to watch this video several times during philosphy class, how all of us memorized it so we could sing it to bother the girls, and especially about how fecking cute Loca was. So naturally I had to come home and look it up. I think a lot of people dont realize that the stupidest things can create strong bonds between people. Thank you Loca :)

My grandmother loved this video, it made her laugh so hard every time she saw it. She was crushed when this sweet pug baby passed away but she still loved this video. She passed away earlier this year, I saw a TikTok that reminded me of this video. So I pulled it up. As I sit here in my room that’s right across from where hers was, I’m only thinking about how much she loved everything, she found joy in everything, no matter what was happening, she could be snarky and witty and just the most fun. I miss her very much

Even though this video was so very long ago wanted to let you know. It is still helping people. I drive special needs bus. Kids with ADHD, autism, severe behavioural issues that cannot be accomodated in a regular school etc. They were bored and acting out, so I told them I had a song they might get a kick out of. I played this one. They all LOVED it. And we had a discussion afterwards about how just because you are seen as different, it's no reason to stop trying your best. Yes, you may have to try to overcome your issues and if you can't, you will need to adapt. But that your family will always love you. This discussion went for almost the entire run. Thank you SO much for helping kids seen as "different" with your Loca. She really does help them to put their lives into perspective.
