I have less than 24 hours left in this event as of now and basically for the past 6 days, I have been struggling on 7.3 (bc im slow) and I even watched your video where you completed 7.3 with no upgrades for help. All my previous close attempts, I would be like 200m away from 7th and sometimes right on 7th's tail but this time, I passed 7th after turn 11. I do have all level 1 upgrades and now I have to beat 7.4. Thanks ME7

I am old enough to remember Tremblay playing for the Habs. In the 70,s they were the greatest hockey team. Been a Habs fan since I came to this Country. Until I saw Hockey I thought Soccer was a fast game . I know this has nothing to do with the game and only the Canadians will know what I am talking about but just for a change of pace
Goals 3 and 4 on this stage were a NIGHTMARE with no upgrades, but thanks to Speed-Junkie’s videos as well, I was able to complete them eventually. Speaking of Speed-Junkie, how has he been lately after his retirement?
I don’t know. In the year leading up to his retirement, he lost a lot of weight and looked like he got himself really healthy. He’s not active on any of his old social media so I don’t have contact with him. He has a young family and I think his priorities changed. I totally respect that of course. He was so amazing at this game that I’m sure he could be amazing at anything he sets his mind to.
Definitely tilt. I didn’t know one person who was really good with steering wheel, but everyone else I know who’s good uses tilt. Racing is all about the corners. Steering wheel controls does not let you have really precise control in the corners.
me7, can you make a tutorial on how to do a controlled skid like at 0:43? i keep trying it but my car just slides far away sideways/ crash into the barrier on the right
I went sliding off track at least 50 times too! If you brake too late, that’s what happens. So first you have to break early enough second you’ve got to keep it all on track. If you get any of the tires off track, then you’re increasing the braking distance. I can’t make a separate video right now because I can barely talk. But that is exactly what I would say in a video.
Great vid as always. But I've been wondering have anyone noticed how aggressive the bots are even in regular cup race?? They're always in pairs and the front will slow down a lot after you overtake one then, the back bot will lunge inside to break your car. It's quite frustrating having this kind of defense move. One more thing, endurance bots seems to have no brake after being overtaken. Why is that keep happening? I'm trying more endless endurance and DAMN!! These bots just straight up hit me full speed around corners.
Hey there, thank you. For cup races, bots are unpredictable when they’re side-by-side. I guess I’ve just gotten used to it over the years. It’s pretty rare. I have what hit me, but I guess I probably adjusted to it and hold back a bit. When they’re side-by-side, they can be a bit unpredictable. But I’ll still do inside passes when they’re like that. For endurance races, it was a long road to get here. They worked really good until update 8.0 came out. at that point they had to make changes to behaviour for the Formula One races. The game is more like an entity; you make changes to one part of the game and it can have unintentional consequences elsewhere. For some reason when they change the behaviour in cup races, it ruined it for endurance races. We had what I coined as ghost nitro. After you passed a ghost, it would always get a speed boost. It didn’t matter where you were when you passed them. It takes five seconds for a ghost to disappear so in those five seconds, they could cause a lot of havoc. There were many times I had the PIT maneuver done to me because of that. It’s not that they were necessarily trying to take me out, they came at me really fast and I was turning so it just happened. Next they change the programming so that as soon as you passed, it came to a dead stop. I actually thought that was a good idea, but of course it wasn’t realistic. That takes us to where we are now. For the most part the bots behave fine in endurance races. HOWEVER, you pass just as he’s getting on the brakes for a corner, he will lift off the brakes and coast until he disappears. It’s really strange! So the problem is, for them to try to fix this and make it any better, they risk upsetting other parts of the game. It’s really weird how it works. For the most part if you’re doing an inside pass on a corner, you’ll be fine. But again, I have adapted to this and will sometimes get out of the way because I know a bit will appear. it feels like they’re targeting your car, but they’re really not. Once they turn into a ghost, they’re completely oblivious to where you are. Just seems to be the way the programming is.
@@ME7_RR3 So it's impossible to fix the bots now? We just have to adapt to that difficult program as it is. That's pretty harsh considering that normal bot is already unpredictable, TSM gets very crazy up on me. I guess without any improvement rr3 won't hold up for too long. Maybe they should just stop with new cars update and do major bug fixes. I noticed a lot of tail lights not working on some cars, cockpit view going back too far, spinning wheels just disappear and etc. minor details but I'd really appreciate if they get those fixed tho. Maybe going extra mile and rework on older series too like, add newer cars to main career and maybe make them closer in performance?? I especially love the V8 Muscle Hustle, Supercar Master Series, V10 Grand Open, Grand Tourer Supremacy Series and the best one is All Star Vendeta. They have cars with close performance that has advantages in different aspect like better in top speed/ acceleration/ braking/ grip. but not too much which makes you root for your favourite manufacturer. Good old times man.
@@nixon_jam7201 a new studio took over this game several months ago now. They’re still adapting. It seems and making changes along the way. The new cockpit view is one of the problems. I think they tried using something that they’ve used in prior games, but it’s not working. They will tweak that as things go on. As to bot programming, the endurance race situation will probably stay the way it is. But the cup racing issues you’re talking about I actually have not encountered myself. I also haven’t had other people mention this to me much at all. I can only think of a handful of times I’ve heard about it. Perhaps you race with assists on? That will make you take the same race line that the bots are taking. Then I could see why you would sometimes get tangled up. I’ve been running no assists for a long time so I’m free to take whatever race lines I want. If I try turning on steering assist now, it completely ruins me. I find it very surprising how often it tries to force me into a race line that isn’t even good as far as basic racing is concerned. Anyhow, that might not apply if you have your assist off. Real life racing, if 2 people go for the exact same spot on the track. It’s going to be a disaster! So for cup racing, I would say it’s adapting to that. Might just have to wait longer before you overtake. When I’m doing clean racing, I won’t be too aggressive passing the top 8 cars. that’s usually where you encounter the more difficult bots. I try to take those more one at a time and take them in places. I know there’s room. I know exactly where they want to drive, so I use that against them.

Hey ME7! I’m so stuck on 7.3 that I went from 200 gold to 0 with how many time I retried and serviced and now I am out of gold… I drive fast enough to get to 10th but that’s it!
You should do a cloud restore as soon as possible! You really really need to get that gold back. Never use gold for servicing. Here’s the trick I always use. Do a cloud save, run until the car is in the red and then do a cloud restore. Keep doing that until you pass the stage. Then you do a cloud save and start again with the next race.

I recently started a new account after not playing the game and playing other mobile games and focusing on life. This new account is level 47 and already has these cool cars. Back when I was more active you helped me with many events and I almost got a McLaren P1 but I lost my account while I only had 1 stage to go. You also use to make me happier/calm me when I was having a rough day with your oddly smooth and soothing voice. Thanks for helping me and many others!

Quickest way to get some gold is watching ads. After the first 5 gold you get R$ ads. However, after you finish those you get 5 more gold ads. The next way is to earn enough fame to level up your driver level. Best way to do that is run the highest paying race you’ve got access to. For instance, if you’ve got the Ferrari F40, 4 lap Le Mans race in classic Ferrari showdown over in the Master series is very good. Or whatever you got access to that pay pays a lot.
I've completed all stages all assists off & TC disabled with 1111112 upgrades (bc i dunno but the car is too twitchy for me to handle if i don't used 2 for tires & wheel) as well as retrying the 7.3 for like 113 times hahahaha not bad for a beginner like me i guess😂

@zariqeezham9210 LOL!! it took me a LOT of trial and error to feel comfortable doing that. Even some muscle memory. at first I would be nervous heading into there, then I would wash out.😂. The hard part is that I have to start turning before I can really see what I’m aiming for.

Yes! Although it took me more than 3 hours because I had to retry some stages a lot. I save “instant servicing” rewards in the Round rewards of previous rounds for that purpose.
