When I saw “mounting in your title I thought I’d see instructions on how to attach a plaque to the finished piece. Clearly I don’t know the vocabulary! But do you have a video that shows how to make a wall-mounted head?

Thats what they are doing.. A wall Mounted Shoulder mount... Are you asking how you attach a "European" SKULL to a plaque?
