You are not the only person on TH-cam reacting to music, but you are one of the only ones I’ve seen who will honestly say when you don’t like a song or album, and that’s awesome. Can’t guarantee you’ll like it but I’d love for you to react to my fav band, The Pogues, I’d recommend the album If I Should Fall From Grace With God, I know you like lyrics and I personally believe Shane MacGowan wrote the best lyrics in all of music. Thanks for all the videos, keep it going lad.

@svp6055 he talks about how he really likes the lighter songs on old rock albums so maybe something lighter like love supreme or in a silent way by Miles Davis would be better
@@StanleyDietrich A Love Supreme is NOT light in the slightest, it's one of the most intense jazz albums ever recorded, it's to Coltrane what Bitches Brew was to Miles. For a light pick, Kind of Blue or, I agree about In A Silent Way, works for Miles, older Coltrane stuff is more laid back (My Favorite Things is my personal choice there). He'd also probably really like Head Hunters, since it's kind of groovy and electronic.
@@svp6055I agree totally…A Love Supreme is so good but definitely not the album I’d recommend as a first Coltrane listen. Gotta see where he came from first. My Fave Things is a great suggestion. I’d add Blue Train and the album he did with Thelonious Monk. All 3 of those are fantastic but a lighter listen with some covers and jazz standards in the mix. A Love Supreme is focused, serious work…not to be trifled with lightly lol.
I'm a bit late to this but I have to say that you might be the music reaction/review channel that I watch even if I don't care about the album you're talking about. You're doing great stuff. Also I would highly recommend the girl, the cat and the tree by Lausse the Cat. Lausse has stopped making music but that album holds a special place in my heart. Love to see Mellon Collie and Third get some love and make the top 10. MC is a bit of a trek to get through the whole thing but they ease you in…the first 7-8 tracks are all bangers before it starts to meander towards the “double album” type stuff. Third is just awesome…I remember when it first dropped that it immediately hit me as my favorite of theirs and still is. Awesome old-school synths and great instrumentation (especially the guitar…dude is always on point even though it’s not guitar-forward music). Dummy gets a little time capsule-ish to the 90’s to my ear with the DJ scratches and synth patches. Still great, but Dummy does make me cringe a bit at some of the en vogue stuff for the time it was recorded.
Please do Serotonin II by yeule it’s easily my favourite ambient pop record. The production is incredible and their vocals on that album is some of my favourite vocals ever

Have you reviewed Jellyfish, Spilt Milk? This is the only album, (and I was a big music snob back in the 90’s) that I’d instantly dislike you if you didn’t love it. The production, the influences, (Beach Boys, Queen, The Beatles) taken to new heights, yes I said it. I love this album more than any of those bands. Crazy right? Review it, before it’s too late for you
I think you would like ''Ray of Light'' by Madonna and ''Walking Wounded'' by Everything But The Girl, both albums are kinda of similar to All I Need by Air and Fly to You by Caroline Polachek. If you love those two songs I think you would really enjoy these two albums, I love your videos :) !

Awaken my love childish Gambino
Trout Mask Replica is fucking awesome. But from the first time I heard it, it was YEARS after that I liked it... But I didn't keep going back on anything like that. I just got deep into jazz.
you gotta check some latin rap, I hope you enjoy Muerte by Canserbero. It's a very special record for latin culture as it shows a lot of Venezuela's and Latin America's stories. I think you would love it. Canserbero it's the absolute GOAT of latin rap

I don’t have a ton to recommend but one album I LOVE is It’s Album Time by Todd Terje. Awesome synth pop/dance album. Super danceable and all synth sounds were made MAINLY with an ARP 2600

Review it, before it’s too late for you
highly suggest a recent release: the lamb as effigy by sprain
I think you would like ''Ray of Light'' by Madonna and ''Walking Wounded'' by Everything But The Girl, both albums are kinda of similar to All I Need by Air and Fly to You by Caroline Polachek. If you love those two songs I think you would really enjoy these two albums, I love your videos :) !
