I really enjoy these videos. Living in the USA we don't have anything that old here. It's incredible how the church has stood the test of time, a work of art.
I did not expect to get tingles from this video. The wind into the mic, the stroking of the bluebells, haha what lovely unintentional asmr 😁 Love the video Emma. I live in Surrey and I just love all of the peaceful villages in England. I’m American so I can really appreciate them as we have nothing like that where I’m originally from.
This was just what I needed! I am craving spring after this frigid mid-west winter. It looks so beautiful, and I love the birds. Thank you so much for the beautiful walk!😌
You indeed can find some really lovely villages or places in the British Countryside , the location you're showing in your video def is one of those . I love those magical old places and buildings , always interesting and fascinating as well to discover such an awesome location . There's peace and calmness in the air ... and a lot of nature of course . That indeed makes a difference .
That was amazing, really loved it. Whenever I happen to be in an old cemetery I feel taken back in time and always pay respect to the oldest tombs.. I don't really know how to explain it but it's totally like being in another world.
Thank you Emma. This is so peaceful and relaxing. I loved being able to explore a tiny pocket of England from my lounge room in Australia. I would love more of these videos, or to be pointed in the direction of where to watch more 🥰
Oh Emma ♡ thank you for this. I really miss England, and this village reminded me so much of the West Sussex one where I used to live. So many lovely memories ♡ bluebells popping up in spring, and that choir of birds chirping happily. Thank you!
You not only can find some lovely locations , you also can find lots of green , a lot of genuine and primordial nature in Kent , England ... that's why this region is also known as the Green Belt or The Garden of England . I also love making such discovery tours , there are so many awesome places to discover ... all over the world btw . Thanks for introducing this lovely and peaceful location to us , Emma ... I'm quite sure there are many more places waiting to be discovered by you ... ☺
Even the way you were panning the camera gave me tingles. No joke!! You’ve gotten so good at this you’re a professional ASMRtist in my book! Love you! And by the way we don’t have anything nearly that old or interesting here in the US. 1286......THAT IS SOOOOOO COOL
So beautiful! Must be wonderful to live in a country with so many truly historical monuments still standing! Seeing Ireland and the UK are top on my bucket list! I live in Florida, and nothing lasts here with this climate! It's unusual to see an 80 year old house! 😂
if you ever do come, look out for little blue plaques on buildings all over the country. They can pop up just about anywhere and usually it means it’s an important historic location. There’s a bit of info on them too. I never really think about it because I’m so used to it but in this country we are always surrounded by history :) thanks for reminding me to look around and be a little more appreciative!
What an absolutely amazing and beautiful place! I adore old buildings, but especially old cemeteries. Imagine the centuries worth of people who have walked there. I love how peaceful and quiet it is there too.
This is SO cool. I adore history, and wish in America there were some old structures like this. Can you imagine all the emotions and energy that have passed through this old church?!
i'd love to visit England so badly, so beautiful!!🕊✨ this is very refreshing, calming, peaceful and fun video, Emma!🙌🌈 Thank you so much for letting us explore this beautiful church together with you☺️💕
I wish you could have showed us inside the church, but still that is the most beautiful place i've ever seen. I wish there were places/areas that looked like that around here.
Very nice video. Like the noises in a meditation video. Although the bit where you were driving scared me a little because I got so worried you were in the wrong lane haha
The main gate into the churchyard is called a Lich Gate (also spelled Lytch) and it is from where an actual funeral began. Very good and enjoyable video. Grazie.
I absolutely loved this vlog! The birds chirping was so peaceful and I loved hearing the doves coo. That church was absolutely stunning! I can’t believe how good it looks for being so old.
Adored this video Emma! Please can you do more like this? 😊 I get so homesick for England and this lovely video gave me such wonderful, homely feelings!! Love your channels and all your work! 💜💜
I absolutely love this!!! My bestfriend and I visit cemeteries when we are on vacation and it has always been one of the most relaxing - asmr feeling ever! Your voice added... LOVE THIS ♡
Thank you, Emma, for sharing some moments of stillness and, intended or not, the reminder to maintain perspective with all of the dramatic coming changes on so many of our minds. 🙏💜
Such a lovely video Emma. We're planning a week in Kent later this year so I'm adding this to the list of places to visit. We love old churches so thank you! We went to Dover Castle last year after seeing your video. You should be sponsored by the Kent tourism board!! Keep being fabulous x
Many thanks for this lovely video, Emma. I am still ill (a lot of coughing and recover from hospital) at the moment so this video helps me to get better. I love these British country side places. One day I will visit them.
I'm at 1:37 and I had to comment .. the birds chirping , the bright green grass, I can almost smell spring threw the phone .. it's -5 here but only about 2 more weeks and it should be warming up... Thank you for sharing this gem with us.. ❤️❤️ blessings Edit: I also got tingles as you walked towards the tomb (what you thought was a war bunker)
Thank you Emma. I'm visiting near here and planning a trip to the retreat which you featured in a previous video (fellow vegan here). I may pop and visit this church on the way 😀
It's because there are two main types of bluebell - English and Spanish. The English bluebell is unique and only occurs in this corner of the world. They are more delicate and more strongly scented than Spanish bluebells, which are larger, have no scent (to humans anyway), have stripy flowers and come in blue, pink and white. English bluebells are also the only bluebell to thrive in the shade, which is why you end up with carpets of them in woodland just before the canopy completely closes. Both species multiply prolifically. The problem is that the Spanish bluebell is an invasive species in the UK, so the native bluebell is at risk of being pushed out by hybrid and Spanish bluebells. I hope that answers your question. :)
Hi Emma, you should come up to Newcastle where there are many beautiful nature reserve parks, and wildlife and woodlands. I have some short videos on my channel of nature reserve
This was a really nice video, after I saw this one I tried looking for other similar videos and I couldn't find many. Can you make more videos like this please?
I love that you didn’t add any music and just let the birds provide the audio.
Please make more videos of quiet walks. What a peaceful, calming experience.
Please mama!
Wonderful to think that many many years ago someone walked there as you are now. Life is beautiful
Awesome to think about!
Life moves so fast. I’ve always wonder that too. Who all walked where we walk now
Barely a minute in and I'm already so relaxed, love the bird chirping.

Watching this on a cold March night. I’m looking forward to Spring, I’ve been missing the birds chorus and the pretty wild flowers.
as a joiner I’m absolutely fascinated by building s like this I’m always looking at how they are constructed i love the craftsmanship

Thank you Emma for sharing this lovely walk with you in such a peaceful setting.
Those birds chirping remind me of home in the summertime, home being the Norfolk Broads. Thank you Emma ❤️

This was beautiful... It was as if I really were there. ... Very well shot and thanks so much for it.
I love your videos and voice so much Emma! Keep it up love ♥️
I'm so super German, my first thought seeing the leaning gravestones, that they need fixing because they are a possible danger :D
The main gate into the churchyard is called a Lich Gate (also spelled Lytch) and it is from where an actual funeral began. Very good and enjoyable video. Grazie.
This is an amazing video. So aesthetic, calming, and serene. Thank you for making this!

the las bit when you were driving i was like: 'no what is she doing? she's on the wrong side of the round' and then i realised it's England XD
I miss these videoes!
That was the best eight minutes of my day! ❤
During the summer months I spend whole day in cemetery til starts get slightly dark looking around at the headstones
I think it would be wounderful an asmr video with you as a kinda museum guide...!
Being an American the opposite side driving freaked me out for one split second. 😂😂
What’s the story of the blue bells? Why are they protected? Just curious.
