Hi jeet i have ns200 bs4 model as in bs3 model when you turn on the kill switch that time instrument cluster turns on so can we install this feature in bs4

In my bike I'm facing an issue where my kill switch is on, my speedo doesn't turn on, the electric starter cranks the engine but (presumably due to no ignition) engine doesn't start. Is it an issue with my kill switch? The engine and the speedo turn on after a minute or so many times.

Bhai mera pulsar 150 ka koi problem hai .Uska ekbar mileage check karte time petrol khatam kara badmein uska ab meter mein deflection nhi ho rha aur N light b deam aa rhi thi bad mein wo bhi band ho gayi sab band ho gaya no deflection on decometer what's problem u think ignition also not working
Bro mera meter ke sath be same huwa hai par mera meter chalu kar ne ge time chalu huwa or fir band huwa kya fuse ki wajese meter band hota hai

I dont know whats going on.....means its like if the kill switch goes off automatically...but only happening at speeds more than 65 kmph....

It's a well known problem called as "missing spot" in ns 200. Try cleaning and tuning the carburetor... If the problem continues then replacing the carburetor is the solution. (Hopefully)

it's not a direct fit from drum to disc. it's all about jugad and don't do jugaadu kaam in case of brakes
@@asjadk2000 brother what about in those cases where rim get an option of getting disc brakes .. As in ns160 2k17 model has .....
greatttt question. see you can fir the rear disc I know that there is space. if there isn't space then you can buy the rim for same model with disc right then also you can fit disc. waitt waitt now tell me where you will fit your rear master cylinder don't tell me that you will weld it there and what about rear brake pedal length and all how will you adjust it. hopefully you got it welded and fixed it with some nuts what will if the setup breaks under any harsh conditions. the setup which comes with the bike gets tested under extreme conditions that we don't even face in real life scenario. my advice is that don't do such mods rest you can do as your wish.

Try cleaning the RH switch assembly
@@JeetBhaskar cleaned a couple of times. And still nothing. Is this some kind of a wiring issue ?? Indicators and highbeam working... And some times the bajaj logo and rpm needle glowing.

@@JeetBhaskar I own a 2016 Jupiter model,,, and the issue is that there are no good service centre in Mangalore, Karnataka
The issue in my vehicle is that the fuel meter is shown wrong level of fuel and I do not know were the mistake is whether it is in my fuel meter or inside fuel tank of the fuel indication rod

fuel meter in these scooters are analogue and there's not much you can do. firstly check the wiring see if it's loose or cut from any point. then check the float which is in the tank.
