@@prashantnandan5268 Hi Prashant, I had same issue during my class IV, company letter is enough Also if you have sea time in excess of 12 month avoid updating the details of wrong entry

Hlw sir, Better you contact your office they will guide you better.....or just ask in mmd what they want ..... usually if you are getting this deficiency they need a formal email from your company

@@Arjunkrishna12345 you are required to submit details of 12 months only. After losing one if remaining adds to 12 months then no problem go ahead with documents of remaining ships. Do not fill details for that particular vessel whose documents are not with you.

Regarding this i sent mail to e- governance but yet no reply. What should I do? Pls guide or shall I proceed further for part- B section

Sir, You need to visit before 15th will all original documents and for faster process arrange your documents as per the checklist at home only.
