Didn't know the market for Braniff was so small! I love the airline, but then again I'm a sucker for the old stuff. If I still collected 1:500 I would have absolutely picked some up.
There is for sure a market for them and for any retro collector I am sure it's awesome to see more such models. I think it is great that Herpa continues also to serve those collectors but specifically wit Braniff sales have been terrible in the past so to launch so many new models is odd.
I just dont get it aswell, why a Condor a330? These models are skyhigh in demand due to Condor retiring their 767s(should be done by April) so A LOT of people want to buy a Neo now. To make it fair-exclusive is such a big missed opportunity, they had a huge Market and they just threw it away for little gains. I love these A330Neos with the livery, and after(nearly, there are some still on the market) missing out on the green one last year, i wouldve 100% preordered the model in a instant. Now i need to pay the same amount of money for a JC ANA 787 in great condition for a good,but not great model which is not worth the price, like wtf? A shame honestly, but maybe they release it later.
There was a similar mess a few years ago with Aegean Airlines' A321neo in the new livery as a very limited club model. No chance for normal collectors to buy this model at a halfway acceptable price. Anyone who does that despises their customers!
@@laraaircroft5651 Thats why its so rare and expensive xD. Same for the blue Condor A321, Club model and now is ,,worth" more than 100 bucks on Ebay while the yellow one can be bought for under 40 with shipping included.

I think Braniff is an odd choice for Herpa, i like that their making them but Braniff is not as popular as other airlines.
