Maybe because they were also blindsided by it. People always think that directors and producers have the last say, but they don't the heads do. For example if a producer or director does not want to work with an actor, they'll voice that, but the network that is giving them the money for the show or movie they are doing say: I want this actor, they have no choice, why because they already got paid and already used the money given to them. So they are literally in a lose lose situation; if you want to do this movie you have to have this actor, if not give us back the millions of dollars we just gave you for said movie or show.

For example if a producer or director does not want to work with an actor, they'll voice that, but the network that is giving them the money for the show or movie they are doing say: I want this actor, they have no choice, why because they already got paid and already used the money given to them. So they are literally in a lose lose situation; if you want to do this movie you have to have this actor, if not give us back the millions of dollars we just gave you for said movie or show.

It’s seems very convenient that this is how the new season kicks off. The producers know that if Tamar were to accept the invitation to return they would rake in the most ratings they’ve ever had. Since she declined, they have NOW permitted the hosts to clap back? They never allowed them to speak of Tamar’s firing before. This is the next best thing to having her come on. These producers are ALL ABOUT RATINGS. They care not for anything or anyone above the ratings they bring to the show. Tamar may be shady but she’s right.
