I have just discovered your channel and I am learning so much from you! I am mesmerized by how you can just sketch out a pattern so easily. You have given me the confidence to try to make a shift dress like you did in your other tutorial. I am 55 and just started sewing last year. So thank you for teaching me and please don’t stop making videos!!! I will send you a photo once I can get the dress made! Also I love that fabric what type is it? If you said I missed it and if I did I apologize.
Murakoze cyane Imana ibahe imigisha.

Hello Angie, thank you so much for the comment, I appreciate you. The fabric is Adire, it’s a local fabric made in Nigeria
And I can’t wait to see pictures ❤️
Sorry but I notice you didn’t add the 4inches allowance on the sleeve, how did it fit in even when the 4inches wasn’t included?
Good question oh, I wish she answers.
Hi can the same method be used for cut together sleeves
Thanks for the tutorial.
My question, is your actual chest line 9” from the shoulder slope or 8” ?
Mine is 9”. can I use 10” from the shoulder slope?
Thank you for watching
You should add 1 inch to your actual chest line
You attended Makadel? I can see your French curve . I also attended Makadel.
