Such a great episode! Thank you for sharing all the insights and really love Felix's story and vulnerability there. I relate a lot to his need for collaboration and not enjoying doing things on ones own (I do have Te demon), doing things just because that's what you're supposed to do and only now questioning that. Will take notes on his approach!

Also liked what Felix said about how things ultimately felt better when collaborating….But this was a growth experience for me. I did my best work when I had a development team that I communicated with regularly, but I needed time/context to push me into that.
