lazyvim demo: sessions & markdown checklists

This video shows me editing in lazyvim, highlighting two features I just noticed:
1. sessions. These are very helpful; why did I not know of this before???
2. markdown previews of checklists. This is an elegant feature that doesn't really matter much, except that its elegance can brighten your day.
