Sir goodeve,ask ko lang if paano kayo nag come up sa "output per hour", output po ba sya ng each workers or yang 1.4m3 po is yung total outputs nilang lahat na pinagsama? and if ever po na ang sagot nyo is yan ay outputs ng each workers,ibig po ba sabihin na pareparehong 1.4m3 yung outputs ng ibat ibang skilled workers (foreman,mason,labor)?
ang 1.4cu.m per hr.ay productivity rate base on actual experience ng mga contractor sa pilipinas.Ang manpower po na kailangan para makagawa ng 1.4cum.per hr. ay 1 forman,4 skilled laborers at 8 semi skilled laborers.

350 units/1.4 productivity rate = 250 hours of duration. Each day has 8 hours so 250/8 = 31.25 days

yung pong approved contract cost na sign ng client at contractor na nakalagay sa BOQ ang gagamitin sa baseline schedule at sa billing

250 hrs. divide by 8 hrs per day equals 31.25 days or 32 days
