This tour was soo good. I saw one of the shows they did in Oz earlier this year (without Kaea, Ruthy, Martina, Zena and Kyra) and it was no where near as good. This was the literal tour dream team. The shows earlier this year used Sarah, Giv, Isla, Teesha etc and while it was good, they just don't compare at all. It just didn't feel like the 'proper' Royal Family'. Kaea, Ruthy and Kyra especially have real star quality and stage presence.
Agreed. I love them all, including some of the younger girls who toured this year but Kaea, Ruthy are just irreplaceable. I know Kaea live in UK now and Ruthy is going out there for a bit this year (I think Kirsten is too) but I really hope they aren't leaving RF totally! The shows this year just weren't the same.
We should give the younger ones a chance. Kaea Kirsten Ruthy and the other girls will eventually leave RF to work overseas. That's to be expected as it's a natural progression of being a dancer.
@@meref9973 The younger ones get plenty of opportunities- they toured this year when Kaea and Ruthy couldn't, and they probably will again.. Lets not forget Ruthy is technically a 'younger one' too - hopefully she sticks around for a few more years yet. I just feel sometimes that some of the dances that we're used to seeing Kaea do for example just don't suit some of the younger ones - maybe the dances are too grown up/sexy for them. When Ruthy or Samyah did them it didn't feel odd as they have always danced so much older than their age. I don't want people to think I'm insulting the younger girls - they are unreal dancers - they just don't dance like the older ones- style wise (YET).
@Laura Simpson I do agree with everything you said. Kaea Kyra Kirsten Ruthy are exceptional top of the draw dancers. They are seasoned performers ( tour wise ) despite their age. We can put Althea and Corbyn in that group too. It's hard because we all have our favourites so when they're not there we miss them. I'm sure the younger with experience will grow on us. Look at Ling and Maddy I love them. There goes my rant for today. You have a awesome weekend😋😋

I remember meeting her when I was just seven she had come to our school to raise money to go the international dance competition and they were only starting off they are so successful now . I really want to learn to dance that is a dream of mine it's only come to my mind that this is something I really want to do they really inspire me

As they are no longer with RF (This was filmed 2017) I imagine thats why they weren't spoken to - Martina and Zena live in Italy.

I really wanted to know about her, and nothing! id have felt sooo unappreciated being as she has been around since like 2010. I wonder where she is from - they went to certain ppl's hometown and if she isn't from New Zealand I would've loved to see where she comes from and her story! still love them but they could've done a better job highlighting other ppl
