Will NCL fix some of the things people didn't like on the other Prima class such as a really small buffet and too small entertainment venues? Thanks for this and all your videos!
I remember being at the restaurant in Viva's haven. It was a disaster on the first night. I always have my surf and turf on the first night of the cruise in the haven. I asked if I could have an extra lobster tail, and they told me upfront that there would be an extra charge. It was very strange because on other ships like the Joy, Encore, and Escape, the Haven offers additional lobster tails for free. On Viva and Prima, they will charge you for them. The whole haven area on the new ships is empty, with no one around, and even the staff are hard to find. I’ll stick to the other ships. It’s bigger, and the staff are amazing. We love the Haven compound on the Breakaway class of ships. They always have free coffee around the haven compound. On Viva and Prima, yikes, they charge for everything.
Was in Viva Haven this summer after previously being on the Escape and agree. They were charging us $3 extra for an espresso martini this time. 🙄 The never changing restaurant menu is also a bit of a downer. It is a beautiful space though and the pool is great!
I was in the Haven on Prima this summer. They changed the policy a few weeks before we boarded. There was no charge when Mom wanted an extra lobster tail. They warn you upfront about the drink up charges that apply if you only have the free at sea option and not the premium one.

I hope so
I'll be on it in December
Wow
