21:47 tipping is hidden inflation and a broken system. People should earn more like here in Europe so they’re not dependent on tip. Totally dislike American tipping culture! And nope sometimes there’s no work besides a miserable looking face behind a counter that’s not even coming to my table and they still expect a tip 🤦♀️
