The German National Youth Orchestra | with Sarah Willis

The German National Youth Orchestra is on tour in Germany with talented young musicians aged 14 -19. Sarah Willis is delighted to spend time with them and reminisce about how wonderful it is to play in a youth orchestra.
Sarah Willis is a British-American French horn player. In 2001, she joined the Berlin Philharmonic, becoming the first female member of its brass section.
She was born in Maryland, USA and grew up in Tokyo, Boston, Moscow and London. At age 14 she started playing French horn and then attended the Royal College of Music Junior Department in London, UK. She studied full-time at the Guildhall School of Music and Drama in London, UK.
In 1991, she moved to Berlin, where she became Second Horn in the Berlin State Opera under Daniel Barenboim.

Musical talent is such a heavenly gift.... they sound great, I think music was invented in Heaven... it's like listening to a story without pictures or words... so many talented people in one room... I love listening to all the instruments being played together and the horns & stringed instruments even when they're being played solo... that was a nice story... a good break from all the negative news.. blessings from TeXas..

Yes theyre good but none can be comparable to the SIMON BOLIVAR YOUTH ORCH
