This is my version of the viral Star Wars Galaxies Edge TikTok that I watched over and over when I was bed bound and not knowing if I would wake up the next morning. It’s been a hell of a ride and I continue to look for the positives in life. I never thought this dream would come true and just making this video brought tears to my eyes thinking about how much happiness this trip brought me and how much hell I have battled over the last 2.5 years. Over the 9 days I only had one day that I was a bit off. And considering we went full press and did over 20,000 steps a day, thats a hell of a feat. Thank you to my partner Jen for always encouraging me to keep fighting and helping me get past the mental block. Even down to the very end I didn’t think I should make this trip because “I didn’t know how I would feel each day”. Thank you to all of my followers for allowing me to post here and share my journey. Many of you reached out to me and also encouraged me to go! Time heals as well as so many of the other things we’ve discussed here. Keep fighting and hold out hope. I never dreamed I would be able to do this back in 2022. Looking forward to my next adventure and travel. #longcovidrecovery #longcovid #longcovidawareness
