For Desktop (Web Browser):

When you're watching a video on TH-cam, click on the gear icon in the bottom right corner of the video player.
In the menu that appears, select "Speed".
Choose your preferred playback speed: you can select from options like 0.25x, 0.5x, 0.75x, normal speed (1x), 1.25x, 1.5x, and 2x.
For Mobile App (iOS/Android):
=========================
While watching a video, tap the three dots in the top right corner of the video player.
Select "Playback speed".
Choose your desired speed from the options provided.
