I think they should add weddings, feasts and village upgrades back. They brought a lot of immersion to the game making the world feel more alive instead of you alone surrounded by ai. it also makes it so not everything is about fighting 24/7
Thank you SO much for making these video's! It can be quite a hassle to figure wtf changed after doing something else and then coming back to Bannerlord again.
I feel like with the mods that are available the game in its current state is very much playable and enjoyable. My problem is that the endgame is just lacking. I think a succession war system would improve the endgame a lot. Like if when a faction grows to a certain size, when the ruler dies a civil war is triggered and the clans divide behind potential ruling clans. The winner is the new ruling clan. Meanwhile other kindoms can still war with the entirety of the divided kingdom, making it so the new ruler likely has a smaller kingdom in the end. Also marrying companions and promoting them to vassals and giving them clans seems obvious. if you could promote a troop to a companion to a mercenary faction, to a vassal that would be enjoyable
I would also like to see governement and succession laws like crusader kings. Like only the oldest son is allowed to inherit or perhaps gavelkind enforced by a factions in your kingdom which you have to negotiate with or just break off if the negotiations fail?
Hey man, just found your channel, really like it, you are way less generic than all the other ones, and you actually have interesting bannerlord videos
Thanks for the update. When they first put M&B2 out, I joked to someone the game would be ready in 2 years. Well the joke might be on me, seems like it might take longer. :(
In my opnion, what the game needs is a major upgrade to the variety of enemies and stuff to interact with... The game is only ever interesting if you're at war with another faction... I wish they'd implement elite bandits... or interesting neutral warlords. At this point we're struggling to even get to the level of content warband had... There are a bunch of warband mods that are simply much more deep and engaging games than bannerlord.
How about peasant rebellions? Or bandit leaders that managed to unite everyone. Or heck why not make it so that those minor factions get an event where they managed to get enough followers to start sieging cities? I know mods for warband did this, why not here?
It's just been a pain to try and get a 1.5.3 realistic run because my mods are outdated now :(. Feels literally unplayable without xorberaxes cut through everything / training fields, and improved garrisons mod
I'd have to start over to find out, but you can easily start a kingdom using console commands if u want to bypass the quest and AIs have became much more aggressive recently, besieging way more
For real. I hate complaining about a game I so adore, but they have like a FULL proper team now, what the fuck are they doing with all their development time? They've already fixed, refactored and refined a lot of the code and performance... So where's all the new content and systems?
@@domkoupil9808 they are trying to make the game as stable as possible and remove every bug in the game. And they already gave us the mod tool for us. So they have more developer working on the game to fix and add new features and even armor and weapon. This game lack many weapons and armor
Yeah, not a lot has changed. Still I think it's not the dev at fault here, cuz they were just releasing the game that people want. And when the unfinished game were released, we complained about them. I think people didn't listened to what shigeru miyamoto says 😂 "a delayed game will be eventually good but a rushed game is forever bad" I'm one of those people that get too excited and impatient too thought, when they announced bannerlord 8 years ago. 🤣🤣
Ha, I can still hear all the fanboys pretty much insulting people who were unhappy with the state of the game. "cHeCk bAcK iN 3 mOnThS iF yOu DoN't LiKe iT".. yeah right. Current update just broke the smithing system and we are half a year in, but sure, just give them "a few months".. no way will they fulfil their plans to be out of EA within a year. Or they leave EA with a still broken mess.

Seems like there is little to no reason coming back yet. Thanx for the vid.

The village development idea is cool too. especially if there were a frontier area that could be settled and grown from the bottom.

very helpful, was about to fire up again, but the game still has issues i need fixed, the depth and AI lack of logic being a big one.
subbed, brilliant channel man.
thx bro

It should be solid in another 6 months IMO but we'll have to wait and see
Theres hundreds of bug fixes which is good enough for me. Have you seen the list of patches and hotfixes!
4k sheep texture was made it fixed for me

you can revert back to different patches on steam.
Still waiting for that juicy juicy mods to come out
I'm debating whether or not to come back. Is the main storyline quest fixed yet?

I just came back after 6 months and hardly anything has changed.
The worst is the kingdoms snowballing the entire map in a few months ingame. It makes playing the game meaningless
still a unfinished mess imo
M.D. we gotta make it to release first my man, at this rate it will be AWHILE
@goran stojanovic ive played like 200 hours, just wanna see improvements, not ragging on the game. learn how to take constructive criticism
