Super Junior paved the way for K-Latin pop 🔥 *Lo Siento* was the FIRST song ever by a Korean act to enter Billboard Latin chart. Due to Super Junior's big success with Lo Siento, more kpop groups started to do K-Latin songs and collaborate with Latin artists and it became a trend at that time. Later, Super Junior released another K-Latin comeback "One More Time" and it made them the FIRST kpop group to enter Billboard Latin chart twice.

I do think this round was a little unfair because the vibes of the songs were so different, maybe burn the floor from suju would've been a better pairing with bts blood sweat and tears. Or airplane by bts (a latin song) against suju's lo siento. But nonetheless great reaction!! I choose super junior for this round, their song was just really catchy and I vibed with it more 💙💜

10:17 its Yesung, one of the 3 main vocalist in this group (Ryeowook and Kyuhun in the military at the moment). His husky voice is very unique and i think one of the best unique voice in modern kpop. You all can check his solo songs. Like "Floral Sense", in this song featuring with Winter Aespa.
And the prev guy, he is Donghae. I dont know exactly what his position in grouo but his voice very unique too. You can check Suju DnE - Rose, if you want learn more about him.
Donghae is a sub dancer and sub vocal of the grup plus he is in visual line also rapper line too
Donghae is the lead dancer in Super Junior (part of the official four dancers line with the Main Dancer Eunhyuk as well as Shindong and formerly Hangeng)
He is a vocalist too and get decent amount of singing line in almost all Super Junior main songs since debut, he is also occasionally listed as lead vocalist of Super Junior (alongside Sungmin) and lead vocalist of Super Junior D&E
While he is not the official main visual, he is always adored for his outstanding visual.. often people talk more about his visual way more than his dancing & singing which he is great at

Super Junior. For me both the song and MV have had more staying power, although the BTS mv is initially interesting and cinematic I can't say it's fun to rewatch.(obviously my personal opinion) The LoSiento MV adds to the color and flavor of the song for me, so it's always worth the rewatch if I want the added visual vibes. Similar feeling about the songs I guess.; Blood Sweat and Tears has a nice hook, but that's the only part of the song that sticks in my head. I think for me they are equally as "catchy," but if someone were to play both hooks Lo Siento would make me want to listen to the whole song so for me it is a more effective hook.
I feel like I've lost the point of this "competition." Are you comparing songs or MVs? Song match-ups are also a bit odd, so I don't know if in future you want to have a third party pick comprable songs perhaps. Wierd that you would pick a collab to compare if you don't want to include their participation, so I guess I'm just curious how these match-ups were decided. I understand if you're going for a "blind reaction" but picking two random mvs from any two groups regardless of genre, theme, or timeperiod for comparison seems like an impossible situation. Good luck figuring all this out. 😅

I still don't get exactly why you choose so different mvs to compare... perhaps do some research on the similarities of the songs first before comparing. And mention the years they were released as that ultimately makes a lot of difference why you might be comparing them to those sections. I have been a long time kpop music fan I have seen a lot of mvs and the evolution of groups, so Super Junior already did the angel (dark and light) theme in their Super Shows from 2006/7 and mythology themes from early then too and everything else genre and story based and this is the ground they paved so new groups can expand on.

Korean+Latin=Epic💙. For Super Junior I love their vocal, catchy+easy listening song, vibe. As for BTS they have better concept video, story line and maybe lyrics. But if you ask me to choose which one to listen on repeat without seeing the video, I choose Super Junior as the reason I state above.

As I still scratch my head over the win for Stray Kids, (no hate on Stray Kids just that Black Suit is simply just marvellous,) Lo Siento might not be my favourite SUJU track, so I listened to both objectively I will go with SUJU just because I found the music in Blood Sweat and Tears slightly annoying. Honestly both tracks would not have been the tracks I would have picked for either group. SUJU for the win!

#superjunior Super Junior wins. I think the HOOK for Super Junior is easier to follow along with and is more likely to stay in your mind later. The REPLAY ability I agree with, the song has more structure and better energy. The PERFORMANCE aspect is better done with BTS as it is cinematic and Lo Siento can be confusing when switching between singers so often or having multiple images of a singer. CONCEPT would go to Suju, the story makes more sense and the aesthetics combine Latin and Korean culture together that imitates the vibe of the song.
I like this series!! it deserves to get more recognition! the idea of iconic group's songs competing against ecah other 😮 you guys are brave for doing this, considering how sensitive kpop stans can be 😭 loved this reaction though! both songs are among my top fav kpop songs but I prefer Lo Siento so I choose Super Junior

BS&T is my favorite BTS song, but that's not enough to beat Lo Siento for me, so SuJu wins.
I enjoy the way you break it down to parameters, and was thinking of my own.. For me, Replayability and performance (especially vocals) are sooo much more important than hook and concept. Those are just bonus. Another parameter that's very important to me is how unique/interesting the song is. Maybe even more than replayability. For example, if I have to choose between a really weird song, one that I have to be in a certain mood to enjoy, vs a normal easy listening song, I'll pick the weird one for sure. Because the joy I get experiencing something new and different and thinking about it (when in the mood), far outweighs the pleasantness of having one of the many easy listening songs playing where I probably barely even notice what I'm listening to.
