That's mostly true but I'm not gonna lie I disagree with people who think it should be an epic weapon
1. Has a bit of a higher fire rate
2. Has a much higher magazine
3. Deals almost endless damage and at max rank can almost kill an opponent without the magazine emptying.
If anyone disagrees let me know I'd like to here what others might say :)

For the Repeater to be legendary, I would say put 10 more ammo inside of that magazine!
Both weapons however are great for Surge, trying to ambush enemies!
