I got a Roccat Burst Pro Air which replaced all my other mice. It's not without its flaws but the shape just really works for me somehow. Would definitely love to try a lighter version.
in Japan(Amazon) the Kone Pure Air is only $49.82 which is just over HALF of the price in the US. If you're in Asia and have smaller hands buy this mouse. If not, Kone Pro Air.
FFS 😠 I love the Kone Pro Air. I have weird hands so stuff like the GPX, Viper and DA just don't fit my hands well. The original KPA was a dream to use( Just the shape), but it has QC issues and the scroll wheel religiously breaks after 1 year of use. I am now on my 3rd RMA copy of the KPA and I really really hoped that they fixed all of that with this new Pure Air version as I just want a KPA shell with working parts... Is that genuinely so much to ask for ?
8--9 years ago roccat used to very good quality and here in germany (thats where roccat comes from) everyone was using a roccat mouse. Especially the first Kone Pure was very popular, i myself bought two of those as well. But ever since Turtle beach got involved i feel like all their products became trash and overpriced. Yeah, same for me. I won’t support turtle beach for that… They killed the Roccat brand and fired most of their staff, so it is only a matter of time until they also close down the Hamburg office.
Yea I also used to own a Kone pure back in the day, one of my favorite shapes to this day but I guess I wont be buying one of these… Still have my original one but the sensor on that isnt up to par with most mice nowadays
i like roccat coating and the style of mouse and mouse buttons they have ..... just wish they improve the quality of switches and improvise little details and it has a fanbase.....
Seems like the Kone Pure Air was supposed to be a cheap budget option, similar to how the original Burst Pro had a cheaper Burst Core option with less features. Problem here is Turtle Beach conveniently "forgot" to lower the price

Glad to see you finally review the Burst II Air and like it too. Such a weird sleeper mouse tbh. I'm so excited to have another mainstream mouse player making genuinely viable mice. I was able to pick my review units for this and the VV3P both up at Best Buy, which is huge. So many people ask "What's the best mouse I can buy on Amazon," and there are just so many mice you miss out on by being limited to the most mainstream storefronts. I'm hoping they continue down this path and improve.
You only get the dongle for the ergo one? It's just an overpriced office mouse lol. Probably had lots of shells of those lying around in the factory, and they wanted to make a quick buck. I'm not surprised if you find a 3335 in the darn thing since it's locked to 1k polling.
I want an advice i have the razer Atlas glass mousepad for over a year now i want to give a try with a cloth mousepad just to see the difference what do you recommend? ( a razer mousepad would be more preferred )
fair review... I have the Pure Air, my version is still from Roccat... the shape is fucking fantastic but ye, 100% with you on the clicks, coating and build quality. Man, the clicks are just fucking terrible and the coating an absolute disgrace, yet the shape makes me perform really well with it... fucking shame they didn't put any effort into it, still charging the same as the burst? so stupid, but what can you expect from these fools
What I find shocking is that you people are asking for reviews on these mice, knowing full well (or should be knowing) that Boardzy will slam these products for how bad it is. When he has reviewed hundreds of mice surely you can tell what he likes, and what companies he backs as far as quality goes?
either of those are probably way better than the delux, but much less aggressive ergonomically. If you want top tier performance, go for the zaopin, if you want a deathadder like aggressive shape, go for the delux. A wired Deathadder V3 is also a great choice.
@@Camtcan The Delux is quite solid in terms of quality tbh. Better than their previous mice. The GHERO is the best one in terms of performance out of all these.
Ever since Roccat got bought out, the quality of their products dramatically dropped even by Roccat standards, because Turtle Beach's QC is a literal dumpster fire. Now Roccat dead.

they arent terrible, especially the og kone emp and xtd, pretty heavy but weight on a mouse makes nonoticeable difference under 70g

To me it seems similar than the xm2we similar shape much lighter better sensor but the price being 20$ more makes them just as good as each other

I tried out the new Pure Air and didn’t like its grips. It could have been better than the previous kone pure air from Roccat.

When you click on the Pure it literally presses the base of the mouse away from the shell.
With a higher sensor pos this could be something.
