Hardest thing is always to take the plastic cover off then put the plastic cover back on until it locks. This video really helped me change the pre filter and then eliminate the red light.

He’s says it at the end of the video that it’s really just a timer, so just hold the button down next to the light for 5 seconds. This fixed mine right now.
does this remove ur allergens because my sister is allergic and we want a dog but we dont know if this will work also the dog will be outside so we will put it in the house but will it stop her runny nose

My air that is blowing out of the top /back is blowing out some dust HPA160

The HPA300 is for larger spaces, up to about 450 square feet. Just got mine yesterday. Worried about wife bringing covid home with her.
I have a 300 with 2 hepa, filters not 3.
I've had it for a little over a year now
The Honeywell HPA300 has 3 filters and a carbon prefilter. Its the naming convention used by Honeywell. 200 = 2 filters, 300 =3 filters.
