1: In videos 20 & 21 I emptied the working tray but didn't sieve for castings. Watch and see why.
2: In video 7 I use a sieve and the content achieved is amazing and perfect for feeding plants or using as potting compost for new growth.
3: In video 19 it's housekeeping time for my French wormery

Hi Lesley! I finally took the plunge and bought a worm composting kit, so I've been watching all of your worm gang videos! Thank you so much for making them - most people only really assemble the composter, show it on day 1 and then never make a video again - yours have been so educational! Are you planning on doing another worm gang video soon?
Hi Laura, I am so pleased you took the plunge. Yes there’ll be more. I am moving in August so it’s been chaotic so my worms will be on there travels again. I’ll have more room in the garden too.
I am going to start something along side it too ….
My worms are doing really well and giving birth left right and centre. I’m also thinking of buying a mini 10l bin too. Love trying out different things.
So glad you follow. Very encouraging for me.
Oh bokashi is good to do for good the worms can’t eat. I have a playlist too x
@@poppyspets I moved into my first home in February - it's a Victorian terrace so the garden is little more than just concrete flags and a few pot plants at the minute 😬 We have one of those food waste buckets that the council collects but it smells awful and sometimes they don't empty it, so I'm very tempted by bokashi (I watched those videos too!), I just don't really have anything to use it in right now. I've heard that you can put the finished bokashi waste in with your worms, is that true?
@@laurabrady5915 good luck in your new home! Very exciting and a Victorian terrace does sound lovely.
I’ve read that people put bokashi into there worm bin but I don’t because it contains the toxic foods. I think use for the toxic foods and just give the worms the safe foods.
I’ll be digging up my garden and adding the bokashi before planting … hopefully late August early Sept. I’m so excited.
I’m staying with family and most of my pot plants are here - it’s a congested garden lol so it’s been difficult to film much.
