OMG. First song is like Shi Guang’s POV. It basically says let’s not feel bitterness when relationship ends, don’t say “you missed me”, I won’t be able to handle it (hinting that, he still resists his feelings)

Second song is like Yu Liang’s perspective. The lyrics are telling that he felt lonely after he left him, his heart aches. So he begs him to come back to him over and over again.

Beautiful work, thank you for your edit. There are only a few edits in TH-cam for this couple. It’s so underrated. This tv series is more BL than most of self-proclaimed BL series. It’s subtle and more effective.

Totally agree with what you’ve said so far. It doesn’t throw the story at your face but rather slowly drags you into it, so that you can’t resist it any longer. It’s becomes clearer at the end. Love the storytelling style of this tv series.

Amazing edit! I loved everything. Scenes are so touching, story is so captivating, that I sat wondering how this story was going to end.
