    Knowing about the neural Pathways and patterns in case of thoughts changed my life drastically 😊😊 One year back I was traumatised with negative thoughts.. I got to learn about this from ted talks and with help of this and following Luke I am a NEW AND BETTER person today in every manner 😃😃😃❤️❤️❤️❤️ Please whoever is watching this follow this and help your kids also to know this truth so they dont have to face what as a generation we had to face.. Our kids will be more relaxed and will lead a better life.. Have a beautiful life everyone ❤️❤️❤️

    Biggest problem is toxic office environment and hostile road traffic behaviour. Mostly work from home, if possible , reduces 90 percent of negativity

      Dr joe says we have to do meditation for a change but luke says shift ur thoughts from negative to something else so it diverts ur mind.
