A version of firefox as well as java runtime is available to download in e-tender portal in Downloads. Download & install that version of firefox and java. While installing switch off internet. Open firefox go to settings-> Update-> disable updates , Then go to add-ons, see of Java is there, . Now enable internet and then open portal, login and then if any popoup opens for enabling java , tick and select ok, then "login button should appear"
