NBA 2K21 is a basketball simulation video game that was developed by Visual Concepts and published by 2K Sports, based on the National Basketball Association (NBA). It is the 22nd installment in the NBA 2K franchise and the successor to NBA 2K20. The game was released on September 4, 2020 for Microsoft Windows, Nintendo Switch, PlayStation 4, Xbox One, Stadia, and will later be released for PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X and Series S.

Another shooting tip: when customizing your jumper, never pick full speed. It really hurts your make %. Always go 1 tick below max.

i literally go 0-8 every single game, i go into my court and green every shot and then go into the park and mfers leave me wide open cuz they know I'm so dog shit at shooting even when I have a 91 3 point rating and 25 shooting badges

its because the difficulty in park is around all star level, and in your mycareer you probably use pro so youll make almost every shot in your mycourt and mycareer

2k has become its own game outside of basketball it is no longer basketball it is 2k wierd dribble moves where ball can disappear and reappear stupid badeges badges are the same thing that killed nba live believe it or not this game is over hyped and is only out to grab your money this year has been trash so far like when did a fade away at the right time become such a bad shot fades never go in but everyone can do a step back or a hopstep im about to go on 2k strike

I went from greening most if not all my shots in 2k20 to barely being able to hit most of my shots on 2k21 (in park) this game is a joke tbh shooting is just weird and kinda bad especially for builds with only gold badges for shooting

something that helped me in park extremely well was turning shot meter off and using the stick.

arelivent well tbh i got used to it in like a day, i just put it on and went into pro am 3v3 and just went crazy, you hit nearly every white. so it’s not hard at all once you get good at it. it’s broken af
arelivent just don’t move the stick too much while you’re shooting, bc when you shoot with stick and no meter it’s hard to determine where you can green so id say just practise in my court or pro am arena and try get used to all the spots in the court
arelivent yeah it took me like an hour to get used to by playing two my career games and get flexible release on HOF it makes a huge difference.
Even though I get the release right on the meter bar. I have never greened the MF. The ball does not go in too. Weird. I usually get my bar release right within the colour gauge. WHAT am I doing wrong?
Why is shooting somehow worse after this last patch?? I thought it was supposed to make shooting with the stick viable again, yet I haven't greened once with the stick since they changed it again
Why would you use the stick anyway? Without the meter is better and more fun

The worst part about 2k is ppl just dribble at the top of the key and use a screen 10 times in a row until he gets open .. there needs to be a cool down time for effective screens or it becomes an illegal screen . And a bonus for playing real ball instead of ball hogging and shooting every 3
I just started playing park and it's hard as hell to make a shot I got a 75 with both mid and 3pt, I can make the shots in career games but soon as I get on the park I miss everything and the shot meter is so damn fast playing park

You need I do believe a 85 3pt to shoot Consistently. So Anything under is harder to hit.

Base: Dywane Wade give you a bigger green window as they are they highest green windowed bases.

The worst thing about 2k21 is the fact that they say the aim stick will put a bigger skill gap but it doesn't. People are better off using the timing meter because its easier to get green and even if u dont youll make it if u have a high shot rating. The aim stick is high risk low reward. Kinda wack. They need to make a game mode where its aim stick only. Then theres a skill gap

HA...I've tried several jumpshots and my latest is a Badgeplug jumpshot that I've been using for 1 month now. With 6 HOF badges, 91 3pt, tried meter on and off, jumpshot boost, high IQ shots, quick stops, spot ups, wide open, etc and I green about 12% and roughly 78% of my slightly early or lates brick... Gtfoh with that. I could almost aware 2K favors certain regions.

I just got 2k21 for Christmas and i thought i was gonna enjoy it but i was wrong, every other second im getting upset cuz i miss a shot or i cant make simple shots no matter what method i try or what shot i use i just cant be good at the game. I only play in Mycareer because ik how bad i am at the game and ill get stomped in the neighborhood against people who actually know what they are doing. I dont think 2k is the game for me.
Play with friends on a voice call trust me it makes any game fun even when you get stomped , just make sure to flame them when they’re getting dunked on or something 😂

hey anyone out there wanna try and figure out other genre names for this game? i've watched a review or a nba 2k20 or nba 2k21 video somewhere before. i'm not sure whether it comes from the commentator of the video of form the comments. but it is something like "computer-calculated" or "computer-based" game. i mean, this is a basketball simulation game but there are other names about this type of game. i hope somebody help me figure and brainstorm it out.
Our neighbourhood basketballers shoots better than my player who’s in the nba. I made a mid range shooter who can’t even shoot. I know i have to grind but that’s taking too long. This game is just begging you to pay for vc.
