Yes: ACCUSED. You cannot selectively apply “innocent until proven guilty.” Remember Michael Brown? That was called murder at first. Cities were burned, people were attacked, and when the truth came out nobody admitted that the media jumped to incorrect conclusions and their false narrative spun out of control.
To be clear: this case looks really bad for the defendant, he *seems* guilty from what is reported, but every person in America has the right to a fair trial but the way y’all are talking is like you wanna go lynch the guy right now. Mob rule is not civilized.

From all indications, he was plainly looking for an excuse to play action hero for real.
People may have issue with the judge's decision to keep his face hidden at this stage, but I can see the sense of it. This is a standard practice in courts in many other countries, and she clearly has the authority to order this here.
