Hi there Emily my name is John stile and congratulations on graduating from high school.
Hii congratulations!! I have a question though, I recently torn my ACL and minescus. And I saw ur video where you torn your ACL and your recovery. How long did it take for you to recover from your surgery? Because I’m not an athlete. So right now I’m doing physical therapy and then I’ll see if I need to do surgery if my knee is not getting better. Any advice? Thank you ☺️ ❤
i got surgery bc there was a lot of pros for me since if i didn’t i would be restricted from a lot of activities. but it took me 9 months to be fully recovered but i felt comfortable by about 6 months, i just had to wait 9 months for certain activities.
