I feel like ink might have noticed because he is a close friend of dream and is more knowledgeable (and is smart) about the multiverse then most people so ink could have noticed at the very least that something is off with dream and cross unfortunately I'm unsure if he would notice aside from being fine with taking medicine (very few people are fine with taking medicine for no reason even if they need it and know that) and nightmare "should have" noticed that dream was feeling different at least in some way but everyone else I don't know if they would immediately notice (but probably would notice eventually)

I have a request can the bad guys and the star sans react to the fatal error vs error comic. But the twist is only error remembers fatal error.
