This is helpful, however just a suggestion when you are teaching or showing something, just say "this is how you do it" and leave off any "it's quite simple' or "it's kind of difficulty" because though it may be simple to you, perhaps it is not for everyone trying to do this, so if it is 'not simple' for the learner then they feel like can feel stupid and/or get discouraged and just give up. Just say, 'this is how it is done' and leave off any opinions on the difficulty in either direction.
