I found from a distance the Vivian image looked like something else? Are you supposed to have the passport open inside the holder, so it's half way on each side..
Hmmm you have me thinking 🤔 now hehehe I’d tried opening the passport inside the holder, it’s quite cumbersome. I think best way is to slot on the right side without the 4 card slots ones 🤗💗

That’s what I was thinking. The passport goes in it open and the cover under each flap.
