      So luckily the codebase for this tool is automatically stored in ‘StackBlitz’ which has an editor with all your code ready to package and export to a GitHub repo

    Awesome video! So glad I found your channel!
    I’d love to see an app created that requires a lot of web scraping to pull up something usable for law firms or attorneys as an example. Case law repositories and state law repositories are massive. Attorneys pay a lot of money for using LexisNexis or WestLaw. Is this feasible and could this be more cost effective?

    • @Mark_Kashef
      @Mark_Kashef  หลายเดือนก่อน

      I’m glad you found me too haha! Happy to have you.
      In terms of the web scraping, this wouldn’t be as pertinent to Bolt versus the underlying software powering it.
      You could have a very detailed Make automation working behind the scenes, but realistically for those law websites, I think that the gold will be in the advanced future versions of Claude Computer Use and the similar being able to just ‘see’ the screen instead of having to learn all the different HTML structures that can become very complex from website to website.
      Bolt is more the intermediary here

    Mark - Fantastic video!!!! I was able to replicate this exactly how you did from a POST req in bolt, through Perplexity, through OpenAI, but want to bring it back to a form in the same Bolt App I built. Suggestions on how? Not sure if I'm supposed to have Bolt listening for it's own webhook and we push the OpenAI leg there or how that part works...

    • @Mark_Kashef
      @Mark_Kashef  หลายเดือนก่อน

      hey! Just getting to this comment now; did you mean that your call to OpenAI or Perplexity wasn't properly received by the Bolt app you put together?

    • @redsno4u
      @redsno4u หลายเดือนก่อน

      @@Mark_Kashef The call out from Bolt to MAKE that hit perplexity, then open AI worked awesome. Then in trying to attached a HTTP POST to bring it back into a field in Bolt is where I learned BOLT doesn't accept POSTs apparently. Tried to follow others guidance and deploy a function on bolt and have it listening, but no matter what, can't get it back out. I followed your steps primarly, but attached an HTTP in make, built to function to get it ready in bolt and it's just a series of 404s leaving the HTTP from make no matter what I try. Just curious if you'd setup functions to get calls back into Bolt or how you did it. It would be an EPIC video idea because the possibilities really are endless and I think it's just some syntax or something configured I did wrong, if you say it's possible.

    Thanks, this is great! Do you think all the videos you have done using Replit could be done with Bolt? Including the Twilio / Realtime API?

    • @Mark_Kashef
      @Mark_Kashef  2 หลายเดือนก่อน +1

      Thanks!
      To me, Replit helps alleviate all the backend work needed so that you can easily hook it up to the backend of any application, whether it’s a custom GPT or in this case a Bolt app.
      To recreate all of these functions from scratch in Bolt would increase the likelihood of hallucination over long enough of a conversation.
      Similar to my second example in this video where I just used a webhook to send a request to Make.com, I would still likely implement major functions outside of Bolt and bridge the functionality in using a Replit endpoint.
      Hope that helps explain my logic 🦾

    Tip: build your frontend and backend separately, then piece them together after youre done.
    Python shouldn't work according to bolts docs.
    Clicking fix over and over is not ideal. It wastes tokens
    Focus on specific areas of your project rather than an all encompassing prompt when making changes

    • @Mark_Kashef

      ClaudeAPI LLM behind it normally chooses the correct language and framework if that's what he means. So thoughts in plain words as your input rather than "build a web app that does (app idea) using LANGUAGE.."
      The language part isn't necessary but might want to include it. Note that Python is not supported according to bolt's docs
