LANSN no they made new characters lol. if you haven't notice, cars franchise is kinda their cash grab. it's not the best franchise of pixar, but it's marketed as well as some of their best. at least in the second one it kinda made sense to have weapons.
jackson isnt a villan(well he kinda is,but he is arrogant like lightning from cars 1 and he is just a new rookie rival),i think sterling is a villian if you watched the movie you know who he is
Im last two games you was feeling you was lightning or the character you was playing as,but time i really didnt get that feeling, i felt the bullying was just Carmageddon, and the boost was only reasonable way to race. No real shortcuts with challenges or anything. Welp, i hope races in real Speedways are more exciting :).
