Alex Wiley is a very very lightskin man, hes Black, though that shouldnt define whether hes able to use the word or not, but hes black. Also and incredible song maker, may not be the best lyricist, but his songs are off the hook. Check out Earfucked, Ova, Vibrations, Spaceships II feat. Chance. He makes really good music
