    Here is a link where I bought the labelmanager in the Netherlands:
    www.123inkt.nl...
    You can also buy it in a lot of different other (web)shops. Like amazone:
    www.amazon.com...
    The compatible tapes, you can find on AliExpress. Here is a link to the Cidy brand tapes:

    I paid only $15 for a very good power adapter from Amazon which is likely about the same cost as one set of 6 AA batteries. Recommended.

    Excellent video I have using Dymo LetraTag LT-100H for the last 10 years and now looking to replace this with either Dymo LabelManager 160 or 280. Now I need to watch a video on the Dymo LabelManager 280 model to see if its worth paying the extra money for a 280 model

    This was the best video on how to use this thing. I've had mine for a long time, but today I needed dollar signs and decimal points! I was going to put a thumbs down on another video, but I thought I'd be more positive and give you a thumbs up. Thanks for posting it.

    Unfortunately set of very often used signs like - + / \ ( ) > are not directly accessable. You should press several buttons to get the "-". writing part number of connectors like S9B-PH-SM4-TB(LF)(SN) become a nightmare ....

      Yes that's difficult to use with this labeler. I don't know why they do it like this.

    Is there a way to clear the last label without backstepping through each letter?

    • @jeroensgadgets4582

      No, i tried it but you can only clear the label by backstepping each letter.

    • @PeterWTaylor
      @PeterWTaylor 3 ปีที่แล้ว

      @@joandowney3190 There's no direct way sorry to say it's a design flaw. There is a workaround if the text is really long. Turn the machine off. Then hold backspace and numeral 9 together and switch the machine back on. This causes a 'reset' and clears the memory. You may then have to press the return arrow key a couple of times to clear the language tags. It's all bit of a pain but there it is. Regards P

    Has anyone used the 6mm tape with the dymo 160 either original or cidy? Is there a clear cidy tape?

    • @jeroensgadgets4582
      @jeroensgadgets4582  3 ปีที่แล้ว

      I didn't use the 6mm tape, only the 9 and 12 mm tapes. The ones from Cidy are good, but i tried also from Unistar and Labelzone and they are also very fine. You can find the shops on aliexpress. There is a clear tape, black on clear, from Cidy and also the other stores.

    Can you feed more blank label through before cutting it off, so it can be folded around a cable and stuck back on itself? Like a bread bag tie sticker thingy.

    • @jeroensgadgets4582
