Like the Daundaj curve, as per my memory( kindly confirm), there is a Grand 'S' shape turn, near Adarki, in Satara district!! Did you check it?
Also, this 'Sampark Kranti' is so fast, after Miraj, it doesn't have official stops, at Sangali, Satara( District places), & Karad ( Politically Important)!! Satara was capital of Shivaji!!
Miraj to Pune would be close to 300 k.m., it runs without stop?
