    Nice episode! Great to hear that they'll try playing in Europe. A country like Japan has many players in the top division of Germany, Netherlands, Belgium, etc., but there are quite number of them also playing in lower divisions of obscure leagues like Poland, Latvia, Bulgaria, etc., aiming their way up. Hope we'll have someone playing in the top flight somewhere in Europe.

    Not to be a party pooper: but anyone above age 21 is no longer a youngster. At 21, its alr legal to buy cigarettes, alcohol and be fully charged in the court of law. This is especially true when it comes to a footballers' short shelf-life minus the years spent in NS. Don't be afraid to "stick it up" to your older team mates coz u guys are alr considered full-fledged men. Life is short, a footballing career is even shorter. All the best boys!

      21 is very young for a GK. With the right mindset to keep learning and improving GK don't hit their peak until about 30. And can play on for quite a while after that.
