Goals alle imp… pinne ente vediok varunna bad cmtsum 😂😂😂 ethokke kuduthal run cheyyan ulla energy tharum 💪… Loneliness during exams is natural and it's a part and parcel of the process. It's actually required to the extent of reducing distractions from life. This is true for highly competitive exams. Try to find silver lining in this 💪

If I talk on behavioral terms, I may not be able to convince you. You already know it is an addiction.You know it not good. You know it is taking away your precious time that you could have used in working towards your dream life.
So, the solution is: Lock it in a drawer and give the keys to somebody else. You might feel empty and worthless if you do not have phone. You will also feel low and restless. But, at those times, pick a book, or do something constructive. If nothing , just go for a walk…And, remember to give the keys to somebody else.
