I tried to do a vocal cover of this for a school talent show but I passed out in 53 seconds. By that time, everyone in the auditorium had fallen asleep so no one came to my aid. I was left to lie on the stage for several minutes while I astral projected into space and out of the solar system traveling faster than the speed of light. I soared through the cosmos for years yet it felt like only a moment. I eventually blasted through the edge of this universe and into another almost exactly like it. Celestial White Noise is THE BEST. I saw them live 3 times in 1977, 1982, and 2001 and I met the lead singer at a bar once in LA. "10 Hour Ambient" is my favorite song by them. @@xxMissHyperxx there actually is some sound in space mostly not because it’s mostly empty space with no medium to vibrate but in these nebulae there is a lot of gasses and because there formed from supernovas which emit a lot of energy it vibrates the surrounding gases causing sound. NASA actually released a sound recording of a black hole recently. I’m not sure if it’s a real recording or just an estimate of what it would sound like based on math but it’s pretty cool. I have a vocal disorder called muscle tension dysphonia and I'm a voice actor. I finally found a trick that works. I listen to this with headphones on while I read copy. It prevents me from hearing my own voice and being able to relax and just tell the story. I listen to it every day so thank you!

I have done this while narrating. I had to stop when I was narrating a really long chapter in a good book. I got to the end and noticed that at some point I had stopped reading out loud. And I just read the chapter.
