You should paint your Kurt Geiger heels with leather paint! Imagine if they were that pistachio colour you have been loving recently. If you can find a way to fix the buckle, it's like having a brand new pair of shoes that you already know you love!

next clear out you do you should also sort by color before so you know if you have similar shoes in similar colors or similar dresses or what ever it is! also maybe think about the shoes in terms of if someone will love/ use them more! like the black boots. they don’t seem to be your style, but someone else will appreciate as much or more! you have so many shoes that if you don’t wear them, you don’t wear them. you have others. maybe that will help you be more ruthless
Tea-tree or eucalyptus oil on some paper towel will get rid of grubby marks on rubber or plastic soles in a jiffy, also a clean (new) scrub brush will clean up suede real quick. I also found these great disposable leather wipes, that make smooth leather look like new. :) I hope these tips help.
