With "negrito" Milo refers to what they called him at school, he is not black, but for being dark they (his social circle) probably called him that in a loving or mocking tone. As in the BZRP Music Session he says "Ahora el negro catinga te canta" he makes fun of those who put him down because of his skin color.
Even though racism in Argentina is almost non-existent, or rather a minority due to the diversity we have had for centuries, unfortunately it exists.
With "hit her" IS A BAD TRANSLATION LOL, it means that he get a hit song (la pegué). And "without give her nothing" (also a bad translation) it means that he got that without acting like a trapstar or forgeting about where he comes and stuff.

When he says "negrito" (black man) the meaning is very different as what it means in the northern side of America (the continent) it's not about race but social status, here in Argentina we may use the word "negro" o "negrito" to talk about a person who was born and raised in a poor/humble neighborhood, which dresses a way and may sometimes have darker skin, in the case of Milo, you may see him as light-skinned, but even light brown-skinned people are referred to as "negrito". IS IT NOT an insult (tho some people would use it as such) it could be a sweet way to call someone, family or friends (Mi negrita - my "black-brown" girl).

When we say "negro" in Argentina, in the context of this particular song, it means "poor" "lowlife" or "thug". It also has an endearing connotation when used with someone familiar to you, but it's more often used as a way of describing someone who looks like/or partakes in bad or criminal behavior. It became a custom.

stop being shocked every time Milo says black, in Argentina black is used to refer to people from the neighborhood and poor, we are not black like African Americans, but we have darker skin than blondes that's why they call us black. But today it is not a shame, we say it with pride.

Here in Argentina "negro" have three different meanings
1. If someone comes from a humble neighborhood.
2. Can be a way to call someone you love (this is the case since the way he is called is "negrito"), as a comparison, when we say "mi negro" o "mi negrito" is the same as "my sweetheart" or "my love".
3. If someone is black. In this case, since the racism in Argentina is ALMOST inexistent we don´t use "negro" usually to reffer at someone for they skin color. Here is really strange to call a person by they skin color because of the diversity of the country, so we just don´t care about it.
Whe he say he is the "negrito" he means that he comes from a humble place but also how his loved ones call him.
I'm usually being called as "mi negro" by my mother and other family members and I love it, it makes me feel loved.

Here in Argentina, they call "negro" (black) people who are poor or live in Villas (dangerous places).
